How is my fare calculated?
Navro shows the full fare for bike, cab and parcel before you book, based on distance and the vehicle you choose. The price you see is the price you confirm.
How can I pay?
Pay with cash at the end of the trip, or online with UPI, cards and wallets through Razorpay.
How do you keep rides safe?
Every Navro Partner's driving licence, RC and insurance are checked before their first trip. You see the driver's name, photo, vehicle number and rating before pickup, and you can follow the trip live on the map.
What can I send with parcel delivery?
Documents, keys, food, gifts and small packages, delivered across the city the same day. Illegal, dangerous or prohibited items are not allowed.
How do I become a Navro Partner?
Download the Navro Partner app, sign up with your mobile number and upload your licence, RC, insurance and photo. Once our team verifies them, you can go online and start accepting rides.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app and go to Profile, then Delete account. You can also request deletion on our delete account page.
