Delete your account
You can delete your Navro (rider) or Navro Partner (driver) account at any time.
In the app Instant
- Open the Navro app or the Navro Partner app and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
You must finish or cancel any active trip before you can delete your account.
By email
If you can't use the app, email jay886631@gmail.com with the subject "Account deletion request".
Send it from your account email, or include your registered mobile number and say whether it is a rider or driver account. We may contact you to verify your identity, and will complete the request within 7 working days.
What gets deleted
- Your name, email address and profile photo
- Your push notification token. You will be signed out on all devices.
- Your mobile number is permanently anonymized, so it is no longer linked to the account.
What we may keep
- Trip, payment and tax records, for as long as Indian tax, accounting and other laws require, and for resolving disputes or preventing fraud. They are no longer linked to your name or contact details.
- For driver partners, verification documents (licence, RC and insurance) for the period the law requires.
